Return and Refund

Gorchic has always prioritized excellent customer service, and we have consistently maintained a high level of service. We do not accept any after-sales applications that are based solely on subjective beliefs regarding product defects or poor quality. If you have any questions, please reach out to our Customer Service team as your first point of contact.

You can confidently make your purchase and enjoy a fantastic shopping experience! We will make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service and provide the reason for your return.

All items being returned to us must be in their original condition, including all tags and labels, and must not have been used, worn, altered, or washed, among other criteria.

If you want to return your items, we provide an easy return within 14 days after you receive the package. Please contact us to obtain the shipping address. Furthermore, all items must remain in their original state, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

**Before you place an order, you need to confirm the color, size, and style we offered, and if it is not a quality problem, Gorchic doesn’t accept the return.

**Gorchic sent the correct size to you, but if you feel is not fit, then we don’t accept returns, so we suggest you contact Customer Service to check the CM of the insole before shipping after you purchase.

**If it is a quality problem or we ship a mistaken version to you, please take photos of the item and send the pictures to us. We will take responsibility for the quality problem item.

**We are not responsible for packages which lost in transit.

**If your item is intercepted by customs, we will send it to you again. (But we will only resend it once)

No return or exchange under these situations:

1) We do not accept items that have any quality problems which is due to subjective awareness of defective goods.

2) We do not accept the returns of any item that has been used, damaged, engraved, or altered.

3) We do not accept shoes you ordered in the wrong size or style.

4) We do not accept items that are unauthorized, packaged incorrectly, or improperly insured.

5) We do not accept the return or refund reason for "no reason" like "I don't want it ", "I don't like it" ...
We will only refund if we receive the items that meet the above return conditions.

6)No returns or exchanges on free items

Negligence includes, but is not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and incorrect consignee's information (such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name). In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you. If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the correct information as soon as possible.
